Sparky Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to the Sparky Community! To ensure a productive and harmonious experience for all users, we have meticulously formulated these comprehensive guidelines that delineate your responsibilities, rights, and obligations as a participant on our platform, driven by OpenAI technology.

  1. Civil and Respectful Conduct: Engage in all interactions with utmost civility and respect. Whether interacting with fellow community members, Sparky’s staff, or partners, maintain a tone of professionalism and courtesy. Refrain from employing offensive language, indulging in personal attacks, or propagating discriminatory statements based on factors such as race, gender, religion, nationality, and any other protected characteristics.

Abide by intellectual property laws; do not infringe upon others’ rights. Content should not violate any statutes, and under no circumstances should it promote any illegal or harmful activities.

Use of any intellectual property owned by Sparky or OpenAI requires prior authorization in accordance with the law.
