These guidelines are provided to assist our partners, resellers, customers, developers, consultants, publishers, and any other third parties in correctly using and showcasing our trademarks and copyrighted content in their own materials and assets.

In these terms, the term “Marks” refers to any of our identifying elements, including names, logos, icons, and design elements. By using SparkyAI!’s Marks, you acknowledge that we own them and that any positive impact resulting from your use benefits us. Your permission to use our Marks is subject to the following conditions:
